License and availability
Downloading Twilock gives you a license to use the app under Apple’s EULA; it does not transfer ownership of the software. Availability, compatibility, and features may change as Twilock and iOS are updated. The current App Store listing is the best place to confirm device requirements and the version offered in your storefront.
Subscriptions and purchases
Twilock Pro is offered as a monthly or annual auto renewing subscription, or as a one time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Before you purchase
Review the price, billing period, and any introductory offer shown by Apple before confirming. Offers and eligibility can vary by storefront and account. Keep access to the Apple Account used for the purchase so you can manage the subscription or restore the entitlement later.
Managing a subscription
Apple processes Twilock purchases. Manage or cancel a subscription from iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewal but does not normally reverse the current billing period. Use Apple’s Report a Problem service for refund requests because Twilock does not receive or control your payment card details.
Restoring access
If a prior purchase is not recognized, use Restore Purchases inside Twilock while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. For billing, refund, or account history questions, use Apple’s support tools. For a Twilock feature or entitlement that still does not appear after restoration, contact Twilock support.
Privacy
The Twilock Privacy Policy describes the data the app handles, what stays on device, optional account and social data, analytics, purchases, retention, and deletion.
